Start with Clarity. Then Position Your Home to Compete in the Market.

How I Approach Real Estate

After more than two decades in the Marine Corps, I don’t treat real estate like a transaction. I treat it like a series of decisions that carry risk.

Before anything moves forward, I focus on clarity. Where your property stands in the market, how it compares, and what strategy actually gives you an advantage. Most people don’t lose in real estate because of bad luck. They lose because of poor positioning and rushed decisions.

My job is to slow that down, lay out the full picture, and help you make the right move based on facts, not pressure.

Clarity Before You List

No pressure. Just a straightforward conversation about where your home stands in the current market. We’ll break down pricing, timing, and positioning so you can make informed decisions. If moving forward makes sense, the next step is a more detailed, in-person evaluation to build the right strategy.
